Independent business. An Authorized Temporal Intelligence Provider is an independent business. Nothing on this page or in the Provider relationship creates a joint venture, employment, agency relationship, partnership or franchise between Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC and any Provider. A Provider has no authority to bind Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC or to make any representation on its behalf, and may not describe themselves as a partner, employee or representative of Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC or of Temporal Intelligence. The permitted designation is Authorized Temporal Intelligence Provider.
No territory and no exclusivity. No Provider receives an exclusive or protected territory, market, industry or client list. Temporal Intelligence does not supply, promise or refer clients, leads, accounts or customers to any Provider, and sells directly to the public in every market.
Pricing. Temporal Intelligence publishes a wholesale price at which it sells Redemption Certificates to Providers, and may change it at any time. A Provider sets their own price to their own clients, in their own packages. Temporal Intelligence does not set, require, suggest, monitor or receive the Provider's price, and is not a party to the transaction between a Provider and that Provider's client. Where a direct-to-public price for a report appears on our pages, it describes our own direct offer only, which includes a live one-to-one call that is not included with a certificate-redeemed report. It is not a valuation, not a suggested resale price, and not an indication of what any Provider charges, receives or earns.
No earnings or income representations. Temporal Intelligence makes no representation, promise, projection or guarantee of any kind regarding income, revenue, profit, margin, sales volume, client acquisition or business results, and nothing on this page or any of our pages should be read as one. No figure we publish describes what any Provider has earned or will earn. Individual results depend on factors outside our control, including a Provider's own business, market, effort and pricing.
No required purchase. There is no fee to apply, no fee to be accepted, and no fee to remain an Authorized Provider. There is no minimum order, no quota, no volume commitment, no subscription, and no required tool, training or purchase of any kind, at any time. A Provider who never places an order remains an Authorized Provider in good standing.
No guarantees. Reports are provided AS IS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temporal Intelligence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any report for any purpose, any particular client outcome, or any result in a Provider's practice or in a client's life or business. Any money-back guarantee offered on a direct purchase from Temporal Intelligence applies to that direct purchase only and does not extend to a client who receives a report through a Provider. No guarantee of any kind is offered to a Provider's client.
About the statements on our Provider program page. The quoted statements on our Provider program page are the individual experiences and opinions of the people who gave them, and are not a promise or prediction that any other person will have a similar experience. No one quoted was compensated for their statement. Some quoted individuals received a complimentary report. Statements are used with permission and have not been edited to change their meaning.
Certificates. A Redemption Certificate is a digital code redeemable for 1 Structural Architecture report. It carries no dollar amount on its face, does not expire, and is not refundable, exchangeable or repurchased. A certificate entitles the holder to the written report and to nothing else.
Application and acceptance. Submitting an application costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. An application is an offer and is not an agreement, and it creates no relationship between you and Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, is not guaranteed, and cannot be purchased, expedited or influenced by any payment or by any prior purchase. You agree to the Program Terms by ticking the box on the application form, and if your application is accepted those Terms are the whole of the agreement between us. There is no second agreement to sign.
Trademarks. Temporal Intelligence, Structural Architecture, and Authorized Temporal Intelligence Provider are marks used by Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC.
