You'll land on Ric's calendar. Two slots a day, no exceptions, because the prep time before each call is non-negotiable. Pick the one that fits.

Before your call, Ric reads what you wrote personally. If something in your application is reading clearly to him already, your call starts from there. If he doesn't think it's the right fit, he'll let you know before the call, and the slot returns to the pool.

The call is 45 minutes. The conversation determines fit. From there, either we move into the diagnostic, or we don't. Either way, you'll know.
