He started out as a freelance programmer and systems engineer, holds a Master's in Education, and owned an internet service provider in the 1990s. In 2003 he and Liz launched the first online-only personal development magazine and ran it monthly for 13 years, growing it into a digital publishing company that reached readers worldwide and working with nearly every major name in the space.
Today he's building Temporal Read, which he and Liz created for owners and founders at a turning point: starting up, scaling, pivoting, or deciding when to make a big move. Every company has a founding moment the same way a person has a birth date. From that one fixed input, Ric reads the founding pattern and holds it against where the market is heading, which tells an owner what their business actually is, where its real leverage sits, and the timing windows that matter.
